Product Description:
A low-pH tolerated Alpha-Amylase minimizes
production costs with high liquefaction efficacy for fuel ethanol
production. It offers the following benefits to ethanol
producers: Decreases viscosity quickly, decreases the formation of
non-fermenting sugars, effective liquefaction of various starch
materials, such as tapioca, corn, wheat and rice, minimum need of
calcium ion
DESCRIPTION
HA***0 is
derived from a strain of Bacillus licheniformis utilizing a deep
fermentation and refining extraction process. HA***0 is an
endoamylase, which rapidly decreases the viscosity of a gelatinous
starch solution by randomly hydrolyzing starch, glycogen and its
degradation products within the α -D*1, 4 glucosidic bonds to
produce soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides.
HA***0 is an ideal
Alpha-Amylase for the production
of ethanol.
