Crystal cake, mochi, etc. are favorite cakes for most Asian people. They are made from glutinous rice flour as main ingredient. To prolong shelf life, some companies launched frozen crystal cake, frozen mochi and other frozen cake products. But many of these products in the market are found significant decrease in quality after being frozen. They taste harder and less elastic, and can not recover the mouth feel similar to that before being frozen, even if being cooked again. 

We have developed a serious of modified starch products suited for frozen or unfrozen crystal cake, mochi, etc. Main products are FS**2 and FS**6. Benefits and advantages include:
