Frozen and water holding starch was specifically developed for fish ball, crab stick, and other frozen hot pot products. This starch has excellent frozen and water holding capacity. Products adding this starch do not develop ice crystals internally even after being frozen for more than one month. Frozen and water holding starch imparts fine texture and tender mouth feel, and can significantly improve the quality of frozen products.

Operational procedures:
Mix starch, water and other ingredients uniformly.
