Xylanase Liquid is a high concentrated liquid Xylanase enzyme made from the strain of Trichoderma reesei by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology.
Xylanase Liquid degrades β*1,*-xylosidase from xylan molecule and hydrolysate to be xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. It is broadly used in industries of animal feed, brewery, distillery, paper and pulp and ect..

DEFINITION OF UNIT
1 unit of Xylanase Liquid equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes xylan to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in xylose) in 1 min. at *0°C and pH5.0.  

FUNCTION CONDITIONS
Working at pH 3.**6.5, optimum 4.**5.5; working temperature ****0°C, favorable ****0°C.  

FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
Xylanase Liquid degrades the linear polysaccharide beta*1,*-xylan into xylose, thus breaks down hemicellulose, a major component of plant cell walls.  

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATION
0.***0.*5kg of Xylanase Liquid (*0,**0u/mL) per ton of related material.
