Beta-Glucanase Powder  is a high concentrated beta-glucanase enzyme made from the strain of Trichoderma reesei by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology.

Beta-Glucanase Powder contains abundant Beta-Glucanase, which can catalyze the β-Glucosan in plants efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants and animal chymus. It is broadly used in industries of feed, beer brewage, malt extraction and ect..

DEFINITION OF UNIT 
1 unit of Beta-Glucanase Powder  equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes dextran to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min. at *0°C and pH4.8.  

FUNCTION CONDITIONS
Working at pH 3.**6.5, optimum 4.**5.5; working temperature ****5°C, favorable ****5°C.  

FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
Beta-Glucanase Powder hydrolyzes 1,3 and 1,4 glycosidic bond from beta-glucanase, breaks down macromolecule viscous glucan into low-viscosity isomaltose and maltotriose.  

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATION

APPLICATIONS
In feed industry
1. Reduce the viscosity of the chyme in the intestinal, break the framework of plant cell wall, eliminate its anti-nutritive role, improve the yielding capacity of the animals;
2. Raise immunity and improve canal microflora;
3. Optimize the proportion of coarse and concentrated materials, enlarge alternative raw materials;
4. Eliminate the inhibition that the β-glucan has on the endogenous enzyme, prevent the compensatory hypertrophy of the peptic;
5.  Improve feed utilization and growth rate.
In beer brewing industry
1. Efficaciously hydrolyze malt beta-glucanase, reducing wort viscosity;
