1. The product not only has excellent low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant performance,but also has excellent extrusiion processing performance. It can be extruded on an ordinary PVC extruder. As long as the cooling device is normal, the extrusion processing speed can be accelerated. And its high hardness can avoid surface wear caused by drag, friction, etc. During the laying process, which affects the quality of products, especially BV lines for construction.
2.Feature ans uses
This product is suitable for accasions with high flame retardant requirments and low secondary hazards, such as subways, ships, high-rise building program-controlled switch rooms, computer rooms and various crowded public places. It is suitable for the insulation layers of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cables with a core working temperature of *0℃
3. Extrusion process
It can be extruded by L/D ****5 extruder. When the screw compression ratio is low, the output volume is large. Ecah zone of the extruder must have a cooling control system and the indicated value of the temperaturecontrol table varis with the type of extruder, each user should select a suitable temperature according to the specific conditions of the extruder used.
The following temperatures can be used as a reference for commissioning:

Note: If the aluminum-plastic composite inner bag's damp proof fails, it should be dried before use. The drying temperature should be *5℃ ad the drying time should be at least 2 hours. It is better for hot material to enter and leave the extruder.
4. Packaging, transportation and storage:
Packing: N. W: *5kg/***0kg bags with inner bag of aluminum-plastic composite vacuum moisture-proof bag and outer packing being made of kraft paper composite bag or woven bag. It should not be exposed to the sun and the rain during transport. It should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. It should be handled with care.
