1. The series of cable materials is a UV cross-linked low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable material independently developed and produced by our company. Taking polyolefin resin material and polyolefin elastomer material as maxtrix material, through certain formula design and process design, compound high-efficiency flame retardant, functional materials and processing aids required for UV crosslinking, through specially designed production process thereby, a high-efficiency ultraviolet light cross-linked polyolefin cable materil is prepared.

2.Feature ans uses
This product is a cross-linked polyolefin cable material which has been adjusted to ultraviolet rediation to accieve the cross-linked cabke material that meets the requirments. This product can be cross-inked under the irradiation of a wide range of ultraviolet light with different wavelengths. After absorbing the light energy of a specific wavelength, a series of polymerization reactions can be initiated by the generated free radicals under the irradication of ultraviolet light, thereby forming a three-dimensional Cross-linked cable material with mesh structure.
This product is recommended to be used in the insulation layer or sheath layer of cable materials with a wall thickness of no more than 1.2mm(maximum no more than 1.6mm)


3. Extrusion process
The drying temperature is *5℃ and the drying time is at least 2 hours. It is advisable for the hot material to enter the extruder. It can be extruded by L/D ****5 extruder. When the screw compression ratio is low, the output volume is large. Ecah zone of the extruder must have a cooling control system and the indicated value of the temperaturecontrol table varis with the typr of extruder, each user should select a suitable temperature according to the specific conditions of the extruder used. The following temperatures can be used as a referancefor commissioning:

The machine head can be withour a filter screen or a filter screen below *0 mesh can be used. It can be matched with special color masterbatch, the dosage is about **2%, generally does not affect the materials properties

Note: If the aluminum-plastic composite inner bag's damp proof fails, it should be dried before use. The drying temperature should be *5℃ ad the drying time should be at least 2 hours. It is better for hot material to enter and leave the extruder.

4. Packaging, transportation and storage:

Packing: N. W: *5kg/***0kg bags with inner bag of aluminum -plastic composite vacuum moisture-proof bag and outer packing being made of kraft paper composite bag or woven bag. It should not be exposed to the sun and the rain during transport. It should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. It should be handled with care.
