Description

Thickening is one of the most basic functions of starch. Homemade thicken soup is a basic thickening application. With the development of the food processing industry, food processing technology and storage methods are continuously improving and innovating, native starch can not meet all these requirements, modified starch therefore arises. Starches modified in various ways can adapt to various conditions, function as a thickening agent in different products and can maintain good stability during storage.
We have developed a series of modified starch thickeners, suited for sauces (ketchup, oyster sauce, jam, chicken sauce, barbecue sauce, etc.), frozen seasoning packets, etc.Main products are FS**5 and FS**5. Benefits and advantages include:
