Regular Anodizing Production Line

      Regular anodizing is the process of oxidizing Aluminum or other light alloys by forming a superficial oxide layer on the surface of the metal. This layer provides outstanding resistance to corrosion and improved resistance to abrasion.

      In addition, the layer can be dyed to a wide range of colors such as black, blue, red, green and more. We can also match to any customer color chip. The anodized components provide a light, tough core in the center with a non-corrosive and non-c onductive layer on the top.

      Anodized parts are used in applications ranging from simple architectural structures to complex parts for aircrafts marine applications and in couplings used in mining and breathing apparatus.

   The Regular Anodizing begins by immersing the work in a series of solutions where various operations are performed (described below). The solutions are held in open top tanks and the work passes through each unit. The work usually consists of distinct items that are placed on special racks and carried through the process in batches.

   Overhead cranes move the racks from one tank to the next. Superior's facilities have multiple overhead cranes to increase productivity and minimize "down-time." The work is rinsed thoroughly after each operation to avoid contamination and interference in the next solution.

  A multiple-step process that includes:

• Cleaning   removes fabrication oils and buffing compounds by soaking the work in a water-based solution containing mild acids or alkalis along with dispersants and detergents
• Pretreatment   used for decorative purposes to improve the appearance of a surface prior to the anodizing step. The most common pretreatments are etch, which imparts a satin, matte finish; and bright dip, which impart a bright, shiny finish
• Anodizing  produces the actual coating. Acting as the positive electrode, a direct current is passed through the item to be anodized while submerged in a bath of water and acid (sulfuric, chromic, phosphoric) used as the electrolyte.
• Coloring - is an option approached in either of two ways: Integral Color and  Electrolytic Coloring
• Sealing  the pores on the surface of the finished pieces need to be closed before the anodized item is placed into service. If left unsealed, surfaces could have poor corrosion resistance, or absorb unwanted stains. Items that are not colored during or after anodizing retain the natural color of the metal

9) It is better to provide the workshop building layout drawing, according to it ,we can arrange the layout of  The Regular Anodizing Production Line

3. How much time to finish the  Regular Anodizing Production Line ?

    It takes almost **3 months to finish the Regular Anodizing Production Line after we both agree on scheme and sign the contract.

4. How  to use it?
We'll provide onsite installation and training service till your workers can fully operate it for production purpose.
