1. Sandblasting machine (optional ) : 

       Variety type be selectable,such as automatic,manual,or the  capacity customized according to client's requirement.

2.  Tank :

        Including dregreasing tank , hot rinse  tank , picking tank , cascade rinse tank , cascade collar rinse tank ,acid deoxidation tank , Electrolytic Brightner Tank  ,  Alkaline Deoxidation Tank , Anodizing Tank  , Electrolytic Colouring Tank , Cold Seal Tank neutralizing tank,pure water washing tank, etc. The material of tank determined by the solution inside tank, such as  PP ,SUS#**4,SUS#**6,the hard anodizing tanks have be add a layer of heat insulation to keep the sulphuric acid cold.sealing tank is used for sealing treatment to oxidation film.

3.Gantry crane :

       Be used for turning workpiece among the tanks

        Like rectifier , chiller , circulation pump,waster water and gas treatment,flight bar , fixture etc
