**3 laminating Adhesive
(PVC/PET)
**3 is the special double-component polyurethane
adhesive for lamination of PVC film. Because of its high
permeability to PVC, it is especially suitable to bond for PVC film
with polyester (PET), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP, CPP,
BOPP) and polyamide (PA) film that the surface activation has been
treated. It is notable feature that no need to surface treatment of
PVC film before bonding. Compound product coated with the
adhesive is characterized by excellent strong adhesion, high
transparency, good aging resistance, good solvent resistance,
non-toxic and odorless.
Application
It is
suitable to laminate PVC sheet and other materials such as PET
sheet,PE sheet,various PP sheet and PA sheet.

It is advised to use
the ratio, which is *0:5:2.You can adjust it appropriately
depending on your requirements.
Process conditions
1.The adhesive should be coated on PET film or
other films only. (note: not coated on PVC film which is for the
cover film only.
2.The amount of coated adhesive:coating amount(dry basis) can be
chosen from 3.0g/ m2 to 5.0g/ m2,depending the requirements.
3.Temperature of Drying Tunnel:first stage:*0°C;second
stage:*0°C;third stage:*0°C
4.Hot-pressing temperature:*0°C above.
5.Curing condition:put it in *0°C**0°C,or keep it for *4~*8 hours
at normal temperature.
Cautions
1.Cant be mix with other Adhesives.
2.To avoid turbidity, please clean all equipment, including plastic
tank, buckets and relevant tools before using the adhesive.
3.the remain, first mix the remain and the new formulated glue
together, and then the mixed glue should not exceed 5 hours. (if
exceed, solidification is likely to come out)
4.The process ratio in this paper is for reference only. Due to
different manufactures are with different technology conditions,
raw material conditions and equipment conditions, we recommend that
