Description
Spraying refers to a series of process. In the process,
coating material in a molten or semi-molten state, deposit to
a treated substrate surface and form a spray deposit
forming surface coating with various functions. The common
techniques include laser cladding (repair), cold spraying,
oxyacetylene flame spray welding, supersonic flame spraying (HVOF),
arc spraying, plasma spraying, etc. In terms of application scope,
it can cover other special functional requirements of corrosion
resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation
resistance, electrical conductivity, insulation and other
industrial components.

The production base of HLPOWDER is located in the national economic
development zone of Ningxiang, Changsha city, Hunan province. It
was putted into production in July ***9. HLPOWDER has *2
fourth-generation gas atomization powder production lines, with an

include high-performance soft magnetic powder, stainless steel
powder, die steel powder and other special alloy powder. The powder
has the characteristics of low impurity content, high sphericity,
high flowability, high chemical composition homogeneity and stable
performance etc. They are mainly used in high saturation alloy
powder core, high-power molding choke, MIM, 3D printing, thermal
spraying, laser cladding, metal filter
