Hunan Hualiu New Materials Co.,Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Hualiu Metallurgy Powder Co.,Ltd.  HLPOWDER is national high-tech enterprise which specializing in the development and  production of gas atomized alloy powder.  HLPOWDER provides high-quality products and services for the whole world. HLPOWDER has been engaged in the  development and manufacture of gas atomized alloy powder since ***3. In ***4, we built the first generation of gas atomization production line with independent intellectual property rights in China. Over the past *7 years, HLPOWDER committed to the research and development of alloy powder materials and gas atomizationtechnology, has obtained 3 invention patents, *2 utility model patents and 2 copyrights.

The production base of HLPOWDER is located in the national economic development zone of Ningxiang, Changsha city, Hunan province. It was putted into production in July ***9. HLPOWDER has *2 fourth-generation gas atomization powder production lines, with an annual production capacity of over *0,**0 tons. Our products include high-performance soft magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, die steel powder and other special alloy powder. The powder has the characteristics of low impurity content, high sphericity, high flowability, high chemical composition homogeneity and stable performance etc. They are mainly used in high saturation alloy powder core, high-power molding choke, MIM, 3D printing, thermal spraying,  laser cladding, metal filter etc.  We organize production according to ISO***1:***5 quality management system. All products comply with the latest EU RoHS directive requirements.
