2)Shangri-La Premier originates from aloumi cheese of the Mediterrranean region. It is a semi soft, white cheese with a mild, salty taste. It is ideal for cooking as it maintains its shape and texture while taking on accompanying flavors.

Cheese Factory which was founded in ***4. Located in Langdu village of Tibetan Autonomous Region, the factory produces dairy products unique to this region.
The yaks can stand **0℃ cold climate and only distributed in Tibetan plateau.
• The yaks never need artificial feeding.
• They roam on pristine mountainsides, as high as 4,**0 meters above sea level, where spring of clear water flow through hills of wild flowers and indigenous herbs. The terrain varies greatly, steep mountains are neighbored by plateaus of meadows. The few inhabitants are largely nomadic herders and their flocks.
Several studies have shown that yak milk is an excellent nutritional resources as it contains more proteins, calcium and minerals such as iron, phosphorous, magnesirm and zinc than mile from cows. Yak milk has also an agreeable flavor and abundant amino acid. Yak milk contains a variety of nutrients, such as amino acids, lysozyme and trace elements and so on many kinds of human body needed nutrients. The contents of amino acid, calcium and vitamin A in yak milk were *5%, *5% and 6% higher than that of ordinary milk. In trace elements, the iron contained in yak milk is generally 9.8 times of the average milk, while zinc content is 3 times and calcium content is 1.*3 times of the average milk. Yak milk contains the immunoglobulin which ordinary milk is lack of, long-term drinking yak milk will help to improve the body\'s immunity.
