Silver content: (50 to 70) ±2 %
Viscosity (dPa.s) :300- 700
Sintering conditions: 800°C, 10 minutes
Fineness: ≤ 15um
Application: For ceramic capacitors

Advantages:

2. After sintering, the surface of the silver layer is bright and dense, and the continuity is good. The stacking will not produce adhesive pieces, and the adhesion and weldability are good.

Sintering conditions: 640°C-690, high temperature about 40 minutes
Fineness: ≤ 15um
Application: Used for NR ferrite cores or more demanding CD cores

1. Good adhesion, excellent electrical performance, easy to electroplat solder.
2. Thick film, no grinding edges or black edges, and high force value.
