U*1 base skim coat is a good cushion for the compressive stress between different wall surfaces. It applies on leveling both interior and exterior cement or concrete surfaces which is ragged so that to reduce the usage of top coat and project cost. Features 1. Non-toxic Surface preparation The solid substrate should be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, wax, latex compounds, curing compounds, dust and all foreign matter. Application 1.With right amount clear water (approximately 3.3:1) furnishing clay shape 2.According to its, first pours into the clear water stirs in the feeding trough, then joins the powder material, then stirs the even non- pellet paste with the electrically operated mixer to stick the shape, settles several minutes slightly to do again stirs, the effect is better 3. Do not add water into the cured putty and reuse it. Precautions 1. It should not be directly applied on gypsum plaster, metal, rubber, PVC, wooden, earth based chip plate, gas concrete, and under floor heating, painted or tiled surfaces. Do not work below 5 degree or below *0 degree. 5. On interior application, openings in the building (windows, doors, ect.) should be covered to avoid excessive wind which could cause premature dry-out.
