Functions:

HEC(Hydroxy Cellulose) is a non-ionic, water soluble polymer derived from Cellulose through a series of chemical and physical process.
Chesilo HEC is a whte too olight yellowish, orderless and tasteless powder, readily soluble in hot and cold water to form a gel solution, it can thicken, suspending, bind emulsify, form films, stabilizer, disperse, retain water and provide protective colloid action.
