Toasted Sweetened Coconut is the shredded white meat of fresh and mature
coconuts that is deliciously sweetened and toasted to the right color.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Toasted Sweetened Coconutis used mainly in confectionery products and
bakery ingredients (as decorative cake toppings). It is also used in trail and
breakfast cereal mixes and as decorative toppings for ice creams where a distinct
toasted, sweetened flavor and a crunchy mouth feel is desired.

INGREDIENT

Toasted Sweetened Medium is produced from shredded white meat of fresh, mature
coconuts that has been toasted and contains sugar as sweetener and salt as flavor
enhancer.
