beads formed to block.
1.The EPS moulding machine is welded by high quality profile steel
with aging heat treatment to ensure the EPS machine high
strength,no deformation.And the EPS moulding machine can endure the
expansive force from high density EPS.
2.This EPS vacuum moulding machine adoptes PLC controller and Touch
screen to realize automatic circulation of mould
opening,feeding,heating,heat preservation,vacuum
cooling,demoulding,releasing and mould closing.
3.The mould cavity of 6m EPS moulding machine adopts aluminum alloy
to make the mould cavity high thermal conductivity,high tensil
strength and long life.
4.The mould cavity surface of the EPS machine uses TEFLAN coating
to make the demoulding easier and make the products nice
appearance.
5.The 6m EPS vacuum moulding machine adopts high efficiency vacuum
pump.The vacuum pump has strong penertration with less steam
consumption to make the goods good viscosity,low water
content.
