The line is an integration design composed by extrusion, vacuum calibrating, cooling, pulling, cutting, stacker. Great performance in automatic operation, extrusion capacity, steady and service life etc. Especially compared with the line use internal pressure method, vacuum calibrating method is much better than it for stiffness, pressure resistance and surface smooth.

Vacuum calibrating method pre-insulated pipe outside casing extrusion line is the most advanced and popular machinery in the world.

Water supply pipe machine is applicable for extrusion of PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS etc...

This water supply pipe machine mainly includes single screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray water cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and bracket.

The machine production line is controlled by the PLC computer, easy and convenient to operate.

The complete extrusion consists of following items:

Single screw extruder

Co- extruder: Manufacturing marking line on pipe or multilayer of pipes

Die head

Vacuum tank: Due to diameter, it can be designing of single, double vacuum chamber

Cooling tank: Due to diameter, the numbers of cooling tank can be one, two or three

Haul-offs: Due to diameter, it can be designing of double, three, four, six, eight, ten, twelve caterpillars

Cutter: Due to diameter, it can be designing of no-scraps cutter or planetary cutter

Coiler/Tipping chute
