Product Introduction

Taq SYBR® Green qPCR Premix is â€‹â€‹a qPCR reagent dedicated to the SYBR® Green I chimeric dye method. It is a 2× premix containing all qPCR components except primers and DNA samples, which can reduce the operation steps, shorten the sample addition time, and reduce the chance of contamination. Its core component is the antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, combined with a carefully optimized buffer system and PCR reaction promoter, so that the product has the characteristics of strong specificity and high amplification efficiency, effectively inhibits nonspecific amplification, and can accurately quantify templates in a wide concentration range to obtain stable and reliable qPCR results.

â‘ Because the Mix is â€‹â€‹pre-mixed with dye, its storage or reaction system preparation process should be protected from strong light exposure;

â‘¡Before use, turn the Mix upside down and gently mix it. Do not vortex to mix it to avoid excessive bubbles.

a. The recommended final concentration of primers is 0.2uM. If the reaction effect is not good, it can be adjusted within the range of 0.1~1uM;

b. The recommended template addition amount is 1~2ul. If the template type is undiluted cDNA stock solution, the template addition amount should not exceed *0% of the total reaction system. Different types of DNA templates contain different numbers of target gene copies. If necessary, gradient dilution can be performed to determine the necessary amount of DNA template addition.
