LSR***7 Liquid Silicone Rubber

Product Description:
This product is made of high temperature curing two-component addition type liquid silicone rubber, designed specifically for precision mold fabrication, and fiber glass sleeving coating. After curing have the dimensional stability, good release properties, tear-resistant high strength, low linear shrinkage, excellent ozone and UV aging resistance, non-toxic, tasteless, and has good biocompatibility. This product is easy to use, compound viscosity is moderate, high temperatures can be quickly cured.

Operation caution:

    Products can be added solvent used as coating products. Recommended by the solvent are toluene, xylene, and petroleum ether. When you use Mix part A and solvent evenly, and then add the part B, continue to stir well before use. On the fiberglass casing is preferred recommend using xylene as solvent, adding amount is *0% of the Agent A.
    Mixing should pay attention to the same direction, otherwise, it will stir with too much bubble; Borders and the bottom of the container sizing material should also stir well, can appear otherwise stir caused by uneven local not curing phenomenon.
    Casting the product vacuum pumping, remove again bubble can improve after curing products comprehensive performance.
    Low temperature will cause the curing slowly, if necessary can improve the heating temperature or prolonged curing time. Also can improve the amount of curing agent to shorten curing time.
    LSR***8 with contain N, S, P element of compounds and some heavy metal ion compounds, will appear difficult contact curing or not curing phenomenon. These heavy metal ions including Sn, Pb, Hg, Bi, As, etc.
