1. Base Frame: The base frame is all heavy-duty tubular steel constructed, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains firm and steady over the operational life of the machine.
2. Steel Band: As a solid and level foundation we put milled thick steel band under each guide and rack.
3. Guide and Rack Pinion: We use quality *5MM linear square guide with high rigidity, vibration/shock resistance and damping characteristics. Precision gear racks are carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument; this assures smooth motion and long term reliability.
4. Ball Screw: Quality TBI Anti-Backlash center driven ball screws with *5mm diameter and 0.*1mm repositioning accuracy. The combination of ball screw and gear rack offers accuracy and high speed machining.
5. Stepper Motor: High-power subdivided stepper motor with outstanding wear ability and resistance to powerful and fast machining, it offers long-term maintenance-free solution.
6. Electric Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double-door electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
7. Water Cooling Spindle: Quality spindle performs powerfully and stably in machining solid wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum and plastics, etc. We offer different spindle options available with **0V*2Phase*****0Hz or **0V*3Phase*****0Hz or **0V, 3Phase*****0Hz. Series of tools are available, like diameter 3.**5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and *2.7mm.
8. NC Studio Controller: PC based NC Studio Controller with friendly human/machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control. Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal /output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.
9. Aluminum Table: we use quality aluminum alloy and can be installed transverse or vertical to facilitate different requirements.
*0. Tool Sensor: for Automatic tool length calibration and registration, it allows for easy and accurate Z zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program, saves time & error-free.
*1. Central Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.
