Description

SJ**1A is the neutral sintered flux with calcium silicon and shows black round particles appearance. The granularity is ****0 mesh (about 2.**0.*8mm). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply. It has advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping, easy slag removal and excellent mechanical properties in fused metallization.
Application

With the corresponding wire (such as H*8A, H*8E, H*8MnA, H*8MnMoA and H*0Mn2 etc). It is mainly used for welding of low carbon steel and low-alloy steels structures (such as Q**5, *0G, X*5 etc), common structure steel, boiler steel, pipeline steel and low-alloy steels. It can be used in multi wire rapid welding and double side single pass welding. The welding bead is smooth when welding for the large diameter steel pipe. It canalso welding the small diameter pipeline because of the short slag.
