Description



SJ**2 is the sintered flux with the fluorine base. The basicity is 2.**2.4 with the particle size of ****0 mesh. The loose ratio is 1.1 - l .2g/cm³. SJ**2 can be adapted DC welding, the welding wire is connected with the negative pole. It has advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping and easy slag removal. SJ**2 has the good performance in moisture resistance, small loose ratio.



The weld metal has well anti cracking performance and can transition alloy elements to the welding line at the same time which ensure the high temperature strength and wear resisting property of the deposited metal.

Application



With the corresponding of welding wire HICr*3 and H2Cr*3, it can be applied in the repair of the roller and surface overlaying in the wear resistant parts. The hardness of the deposited weld metal: HRC≥*5
