Recommended substrate conditions and temperature
1 remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants and other foreign matter
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination
 
2 if applied on the rusty surface, the rusty layer thickness should be below *0mm  .other than the bottom surface processing requirements, without acid and sandblasting processing. catalytic reaction, to get black protective layer.and solvent (acrylic acid, polyurethane, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, amino paint or water-based paint) match well, will not occur and paint color bleeding.
 
3 apply in good weather, don't let coating contact any liquid like water or other solvent before completely dry. No painting be carried out in rainy day outdoor
If the humidity is above *5% please stop painting
4. The temperature of substrate should be above 5 degree
Lower temperature might not dry or cause a long time to dry
