In the manufacture of silicon ingots, polysilicon starting materials are placed in fused quartz crucibles, heated to high temperatures and pulled from the melt as a single crystal. As we all know, the polysilicon always exist as bulk or rodlike shape. Sometime we will reclaim silicon top and tail, silicon epidermis and bottom of the pot materials. We need crush them by hammer in order to meet the requirement of production. It will consume massive manpower and may pollute the raw materials. The theory of our water blasting equipment is quickly heated to high temperature then cooled by water to produce a large number of crack inner side, so as to achieve the purpose of fragile.
