PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Mega W-BA consists of specially blended acidic components and has a stable acidity and strong buffering abilities. Mega W-BA does not contain any sulfate, hydrochloric acid root, and will not affect dyeing shades and fastness. Under regular usage conditions, the product will not have negative effects on fabric fibers. Mega W-BA is not volatile, does not develop any odour and is free of mineral acid and surfactants. It is easy to storage and simple to handle. Its COD is equivalent to *0% of glacial acetic acid. SPECIFICATION Appearance: white powder pH (0.1% solution): 2.7 to 2.8 Solubility: soluble in water PRODUCT APPLICATION Mega W-BA could used as a neutralizer for weak base and pH regulator to replace acetic acid for polyester, nylon, acrylic and wool yarn dyeing and fabric dyeing. However, Mega W-BA is not recommended to replace acetic acid as a neutralizer to strong alkaline. DILUTION GUIDELINE Add one proportion Mega W-BA into in **8 proportion water, stirring until completely dissolved. The resultant product with dilution 0.*5 ~ 1ml / L, can adjust the pH value to 4.5 *4.0 STORAGE Mega W-BA is recommended to store in a Cool and ventilated warehouse for one year. PACKAGING Mega W-BA is available in standard packing of *5 Kg PP Bags. Packing as desired by customers can be arranged.
