PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Mega BT-P is a pre-formulated ready to use high temperature neutral cellulase granulation which can effectively be used for denim stone wash finishing. MEGA BT-P is a special blend of cellulase enzymes, buffering agent and powerful surfactant system which minimizes re-deposition on denim. It is designed for use either alone or with pumice stone to give maximum abrasion with minimum damage during the treatment of denim garments, and reduce environmental pollution. • SPECIFICATION Appearance : Yellow to white granulation Enzyme Type : Cellulase CAS No. : ********8 IUB-No : EC 3.2.1.4 • PRODUCT APPLICATION • Provides high contrast finishing with negligible backstaining on Indigo denim garments. • Ensures salt and pepper effect with grayish indigo cast • High dose of BT-P. will give stonewash effect eliminating use of pumice stones • Back staining is minimal compared to conventional neutral cellulase. • In biopolishing applications, BT-P gives good color retention which helps to maintain formal look of cotton garments. • High level of surface modifications can be achieved with e.g. pumice stones, which reduce machine wear and tear and fabric damages. • Gives excellent puckering and more grains. • Eco-friendly and Bio-degradable. • APPLICATION PARAMETERS pH: 5.5~7.0 Temp: *0°C~*0°C Dosage: 3%~*0% Final conditions will vary according to fabric type, conditions, as well as customer style preference. • DOSAGE RECOMMENATIONS It is recommended that optimal dosage be defined by experimenting to obtain the desired effects. Customer’s desired affects varies by company so our listed dosage should be used as reference only. • COMPATIBILITY Non Ionic wetting agents, non-ionic surfactants, dispersants, buffering salts, and pumice stones is compatible with Mega BT-P, but positive testing is recommended prior to all formulations and applications. Contact of Mega BT-P with ferric ions should be avoided. • INACTIVATION Inactivation must be carried out after treatment. Either alkaline rinse by raising pH to > *0 for *0 minutes or the use of bleaching agents will terminate the enzyme reaction. • PACKAGING Mega BT-P is available in standard packing of *0 Kg drums. Packing as desired by customers can be arranged. • STORAGE Mega BT-P is recommended to store at *4°C (**0°F) or below with optimum temperature at *5°C. Products stored in sealed container at recommended level will maintain *0% activity for at least 6 months. Prolonged storage at temperatures above *0°C should be avoided. • SAFETY AND HANDLING Mega BT-P is an enzyme, an active protein and should be handled accordingly.
