Vacuum  tempering furnace
Vacuum  tempering furnace is used for high-speed steel, alloy tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel,  stainless steel ,special alloy materials to do vacuum tempering , non-ferrous metal recrystallization annealing or aging.

Technical characteristics :
·In order to ensure parts quality of tempering, all models are using high vacuum system, namely, the vacuum system consist of mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump . Ultimate vacuum can be achieved , 6.7×***3Pa .
·Using positive pressure carrier gas heating , to ensure the furnace temperature uniformity.
·High automatic control system , stable and reliable . In addition to the loading, discharging, all can be run automatically . For the temperature control, intelligent temperature controller is used , for motion control using  imported programmable controller (Japans  Corporation)
