MVR compressing unit is consisted of centrifugal steam compressor,and driving unit of motor and inverter.The compressing unit is the core part of the complete MVR unit.The second vapour generated from the separator will go into the steam compressor to rise the temperature and pressure so as to increase the enthalpy,and then transfer the compressed vapour into the evaporating shell side as heating energy to evaporate the liquid material.Then the vapour is generated from the liquid again and goes into the compressor.So the second vapour is recycling and reused without stop and without waste,so as to save energy as much as it can.
 
In summary,the MVR compressor has advantage as follows:
**-High compressing ratio.and thermal efficiency.Theoratically,to evaporate 1 ton water per hour from liquid material,the energy consumption is 1/6 to 1/2 compared with traditional multi-effect evaporation unit. 
**-Low temperature difference,and not easily corrode the heat exchanging pipeline and not easy  scaling.So it is good for handling thermal sensitive material;
**-High intelligent operation by monitoring compressor's each operating parameter and summarizing analysis report;
**-The centrifuging mechanical will avoid the oil leakage and make the touching parts without oil so as to avoid polluting liquid material and condensate;

The inverter is adopted in compressor so as to control the operation automatically;

There is a mutidirectional automatic protection function in compressing system in order to ensure the compressor running safely when the condition of temperature and pressure changing;
