Product features

Nik naks is made by extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in a vertical mixer with water, oil then feed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. The nik naks is fried in cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are sprayed on the nik naks to improve their taste.he Bugles chips processing line line can make different kinds fried snacks(such as rice crusts,chips,bulges,pizza rolls,Doritos)based on changing die moulds and manufacturing technique.

The production process includes mixing ,extruding, cutting,frying,flavoring and packing ,The products are crispy and less oil.

1. Ingredients to use : wheat flour , corn powder, starch, sugar

2. Machines need:

Mixer to mix the ingredients

screw conveyor to transfer the mixed ingredients to the extruder

Extruder to produce the food under high temperature and high pressure.

Cutter to get bugles shapes, change rollers can get other shapes.

Conveyor to transfer the cut food to the fryer

Deoling machine to remove the oil .

Flavoring machine to coat the flavoring to the food.

Packing machine to pack the snacks to packages.
