EMT**0 is a high molecule thickener with outstanding emulsifying and stabilizing ability. Compared with traditional emulsifier, it has a unique polyacrylic acid globular structure. It has no requirement for HBL of oil phase. Other advantages are easy to operate, highly efficient and broad range of combination. Its excellent assisting emulsifying ability and the flexibility of use make it dissolve well in both oil and water system. Paste with sparkling white appearance and perfect handfeel can be obtained without neutralization, either in cold or heated processing condition. EMT**0 can be applied in a broad PH value. Its excellent thickening stabilizing ability performs well even with the presence of electrolytic and other special active additive. We recommend using EMT**0 with non-ionic emulsifier to increase the thermal stability of the emulsifying system.
