This series is a low viscosity acrylate emulsion. Neutralized by alkali, the product helps with thickening and suspension. This series is easy to use, it requires no pre-steep nor pre-disperse. It provides personal care products with suspension particles, steady viscosity and thickening effect. For um-level raw material, such as pearlizing agent, emulsified silicone oil and antidangdruff agent-ZPT, add 1.0~3.0% can reach perfect suspension effect. For colorful particles and mica powder that are heavier or larger in size, 3.0~*0.0% dosage will prolong shelf-life of products.
Product Feature:
It has outstanding recovering ability from frozen form and can keep the emulsion stable. Can be stored for *8 months long. While imported SF*1 is invalid after-frozen with a 9 months storage life.
Compounded with surfactant, viscosity of DX-SF*3 are higher, its thickening and particle-suspending ability are better than SF*1 or imported SF*1.
Can be stored and transported below 0℃This new generation environment-friendly product requires no heat preservation, thus can save a lot of energy. Imported SF*1 can be stored and transported only when temperature is above 0℃.
