Technomark designed this concept by creating MULTi4*, the first modular marking equipment. A single machine with 4 configurations. (Portable with battery operation for outdoor usage) Can engrave on curved surfaces such as pipes and flange fitings.

Dot Pin Marking Machine - Portable System (DOT PEEN MARKING)
Multi4 portable does not require any air supply (fully electric). It is easier to use & move around, and requires less maintenance on the long term. The battery system ensures that your machine is REALLY portable
Marking depth depends on the material but can mark up to 0,5mm. The maximum hardness of material is *3 HRC.
The tungstene carbide stylus ensure it is virtually a consumable free machine

IDI Mark:
The marking quality is ensured, whatever the difference in height between the part (flat or cylindrical) and the stylus. Its adjustment is managed by the MULTI4 software.

Real time monitoring for analysis of maintenance needs, stylus wear and detection faults (auto diagnosis feature with 5 control points).
