[Product Description]
This Taq DNA polymerase is the thermal stability recombinant Taq DNA polymerase with source of thermophilic bacterium Thermus aquaticus. Its molecular weight is *4 KD. Amplified fragment length is up to 5 KB (simple template). Extending speed is 0.9~1.2 kb/ min (*0~*5°c). This enzyme has both 5' → 3' DNA polymerase activity and 5' → 3' exonuclease activity, but without 3' → 5' exonuclease activity. The PCR product has 3'dA. The PCR amplification products have 3'dA.

[Activity definition]  An activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to catalyze the incorporation of *0 nmol nucleotide at *2°c, *0 minutes, using active salmon sperm DNA as the template /primer. 

[Quality control] Quality control tests show that there is no exogenous enzymes or circumscribed DNase, RNase contamination; PCR method detection without the host residual DNA; It can effectively amplify the single copy gene in the human genome; Store in room temperature for a week, its amplified activity had no significant change.
