Pasteurisation Sugared Whole Egg Powder is pasteurised (prior to dehydration), according to FSANZ Food Standards 1.6.2  “Processing Requirements for Egg and Egg Products”. Pasteurisation conditions are *0°C for a minimum of 3.5 minutes.
 
Shelf Life & Storage Conditions Sugared Whole Egg Powder is to be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and light, in the original packaging. Being in the original packaging ensures a shelf life of *2 monthSfrom date of manufacture.
Packaging   Sugared Whole Egg Powder is available in *5kg polyethylene inner bag in a multi-wall paper outer.
