The silicon nitride ceramics have the characteristics of high strength and high temperature resistance, which have the best comprehensive mechanical properties as well as high resistance to thermal shock, resistance to oxidation, wear resistance and resistance to corrosion among the ceramic materials; therefore, it is the first choice for the ceramic material for heat engine parts.
