UNT-HVSS HV/MV solid soft starter cabinet, jointly developed by UNT and Hebei University of Technology, is a motor soft starter product with its patient rights fully owned by UNT Electric. It can be widely used in the industry of Mining, Port, Water Conservancy, Heating, Supplying, Power Generation, Chemistry, Cement, Steel rolling for the soft start and soft stop of synchronized motors or asynchronous motors. All models of soft starter cabinet are inspected by the relevant organizations and institutes; and comply with the relevant national standards. The device has a number of specialized advanced international technologies, which ensures the reliable and safe operation of the motor and the starting devices. The thyristor serial PV module average distributed technology designed by UNT can assure the operation consistency of the thyristors and ensure the safety margin and long life span of starting devices. In addition to that, UNT established files and made a exact record of the performance parameters for each of high power thyristor to assure the highly uniform of the performance of each thyristor.

● The dynamic monitoring & protection technology of thyristor: By dynamic monitoring the safety capacity of the thyristor, it can detect instantly the defect ones with decreased capacity, and protect all of the components instantaneously to avoid the equipment breakdown and any lost occurred by this.

● Unit high frequency constant current power supply technology triggered by thyristor: By using digital trigger with high anti-interference ability and optical fiber isolation, it can solve the contradiction between the high voltage isolation and the size of the equipment, which ensures the reliable and safe operation of the equipment under the complicated working conditions.
