As a typical extruding machinery, single screw extruders are widely used in plastics processing. The basic function of it is to build up sufficient pressure at the die head so that the melted polymer can be extruded out of the tooling. So when we have different plastics toolings, we can get different extrudings such as HDPE pipe/tube, PS sheet, PC film as well as master batches and so on.
