Working principle:

TCL settling filtering centrifuge series and TC settling centrifuge are high-effectiveness equipments for solid-liquid seperation. They adopt the unique technology introduced from American Bird Company and the particle size is smaller than 0.5mm. 

Main features:

1. It is of wide application scope, high handling capacity, good dewatering effect, small covering area, low power consumption.

2. With good overload protection and damping device. Each rotating parts have gone through strict dynamic balancing test, which ensures the balanced and reliable operation of the equipment.

3. The drum and helical conveyor are equipped with ceramic liner, ceramic disk, ceramic feeding and discharging hole, having long service life.

4. With the unique differential mechanism. 

5. The differential mechanism and main bearing are lubricated by the circulating oil. 

6. Equipped with hydraulic couplers, which can reduce the motor starting load.
