To ensure the liquid steel quality, we applied *-level joint inspection: sample submitting inspection by the smelting process member, chemical analyst inspection in the control laboratory, random check by the inspector from technical department and inspection by the CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd measurement test center, to control the chemical composition

3. All inspection, detection and testing are carried out according to technical procedure. No defective products can be dispatched from the factory.

4. All raw material is selected on merit, and only qualified manufacturer can be chosen as our fixed supplier.

All letters, calls and visits from the customer will be dealt with carefully. We promise to solve the ordinary quality problem in three days, and to reply the customer by proposing a solution for serious quality problem in *4 hours.
