All moulds are 3D Cad designed and manufactured in-house. Emphasis is on ease of use with fast strip down and assembly to maximise product output. We pride ourselves on finding sensible practical solutions to the challenging problems encountered during mould design.

Whilst we supply moulds to a massive cross-section of customers, our principal areas of focus rest in the following market sectors:

• Agriculture. Farmers typically have a varied and ongoing requirement for pre-cast concrete products such as cattle slats, cow cubicles, slurry channels, drinking troughs and feeding units. We specialise in the design and production of steel moulds that meet the specific needs of pre-cast concrete solutions providers across UK and Ireland.
• Construction. We design and manufacture a wide range of moulds for the construction sector – from relatively small moulds for the purposes of producing window sills and chimney caps and decorative features to much larger moulds for sea defence, bridge construction, Civil work and Sewage treatment.
