ORIGIN: Europe / Spain DELIVERY: CIF ASWP . First shipment within *0 days after acceptance of the SBLC or BG and LC CONTRACT PERIOD: *2 months with possibility for rolls and extensions. INSPECTION: Quality, quantity, weight and photo by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) or substantially equivalent, internationally approved agency, at Seller’s cost at port of loading. PACKING: Commodity to be shipped in either bulk to UNE-EN*****1:**0 & or in seaworthy export bags. For bagged shipment, 2% extra bags are supplied at no cost (zero) to the buyer. Product can also be supplied in 1.5 MT Jumbo Bag (weather sling bag). INSURANCE: In accordance with ICC rules and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, insurance is for the Seller's account and his sole responsibility. PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment shall be secured by an Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Indivisible, Revolving Confirmed Letter of Credit covering every monthly shipment value. BASIS OF DELIVERY: The date of the bill of lading shall be considered the date of lifting and delivery.
