Just as we looked , we are familiar with these material , wood logs , wood chips , wood bricks ,sawdust . And all these crops . Usually , wood wastes and crop wastes can be used to make pellets ,wood pellets and feed pellets . 

How to convert the raw material to particles 

1. We should ensure the diameter of raw material and the moisture content when everything about the raw material is ready , we can proceed to produce the particles . Second we put the raw material into the feeding port of crusher , the raw material will be chipped by knife and then the raw material be chipped will be milled by hammers . Finally , the powder comes out from the cyclone .

2. The powder fall to the screw conveyor , the screw conveyor transfer the powder to dryer 

3. The air fan inside the dryer suck the powder into the pipe the powder mixed with the heat air from this stove . 

4. There is one another screw conveyor , same as last conveyor , transfer the dryer powder to hopper of pellet machine . 

5. Under mutual cooperation between rotating roller and stationary die , the final pellets will come out from the discharge hole. 

6. The final pellets have very high temperature . So , we also use one colling machine to colling and screen the pellets . Of course , we also make these pellets natural colling .
