Introduction about the briquette making machine

The briquette making machine can convert the biomass material into round and square hexagonal cylider diameter with *0, *0, *0, *0, *0mm . The raw material can be sawdust , wood waste , crop waste etc, 

How to make briquettes
 
1. Crushing process . The suitable size of raw material is **5mm , so if the raw material is large than 5mm , it is necessary that we should crush the raw material into powder with **5mm
 
2. Drying process : The right moisture content of raw material is ***2% . 
 
3. Briquetting process : This is the main process . We put the raw material into the hopper of briquette machine , the screw propeller will push the material up forward and enter into the forming mould . Outside the forming mould , there is a heating circle , the heating circle can produce high temperature ( ******0 °C ) . Under the high pressure and high temperature , the final briquettes will come out from the discharge port .
