PC/ABS Alloys
Cheng Yus PC/ABS Alloys have been developed to provide the suitable materials applicable to electrical, electronic (E&E), OA machines and appliances industries. We have introduced a wide product selection range to support and to fulfill different demanding applications, safety and environmental regulations.

PC/ABS alloys can offer better flow-ability for large dimensional housings and frames while maintaining the good color-ability when compare to PC. It also has the advantage of reducing the internal stress problems that PC itself may have when come across certain demanding product designs and processing conditions.

FR PC/ABS alloys is available as non-halogenated material especially suitable for makers (e.g., computers and notebooks) who are demanding their products to be eco-friendly and free from halogenated additives.

All our products are subject to in-house testing using international recognized standards to ensure quality could meet the different safety and environmental regulations.

1. General Purpose
(C***0 / C***0 / C***0)

The general purpose PC/ABS offers various melt flow, impact and thermal resistance grades targeting different applications. The balanced mechanical and thermal properties together with good flow-ability have made it very popular for large parts and components.

Applications
OA machines, computer / notebook housing, mobile devices, television frames.

2. Flame Retardant
(C***0 / C***0 / C***0)

The Flame Retardant (FR) PC/ABS grades are non-halogenated base material and have achieved UL*4 V0 rating (1.5mm). This line of products are suitable for electrical / electronic and appliances products where fire hazard is of safety concern. The choices of different melt flow, impact and thermal resistance grades are available for end users to select according to their product requirements.

Applications
OA machines, computer / notebook housing, mobile devices, television frames (internal), battery housing, electric meter.
