Nitrogen offers a wide range of applications such as purging, firefighter, creating inert atmosphere, carrier gas, blanketing, packing, filling, plastic molding, so on and so forth. On -site nitrogen generation is a favorable choice for many manufacturers as it is an easy and reliable way for them to save money and give free control over the nitrogen gas use. Our company offers on-site nitrogen generation based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption. Actually, PSA nitrogen gas generators are usually used in applications where the purity of nitrogen is higher than *9.5% with oxygen content is lower than 0.5%.

Technological Process

On-site gas plant for Nitrogen Generation from our company are designed and manufactured based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA). Ambient air, having being compressed and purified to remove oil, water and dust, enters the adsoption swing adsorping device with two adsorption towers filled with carcon molecular sieve(CMS). The compressed air flow to the adsorption tower from the bottom to up. In the process, oxygen molecular is adsorbed, while nitrogen flows out of the upper side of adsorption tower and then enters then buffer tank for impure nitrogen. After a period of time, the CMS in the adsorption tower is saturated by the oxygen adsorbed. At this time, regeneration is needed. It is realized by stopping adsorbing step and reduce pressure in the adsorption tower. Adsorption and regeneration are conducted alternatively in the two adsorption towers to ensure the consecutive output of nitrogen gas.
Advantages of the on-site gas plant  for Nitrogen generation by PSA

The gas plant by PSA takes such advantages as different gas has different adsorbing capacity in the CMS under different pressure to separate gases. PSA nitrogen generators are designed based on the PSA theory. They possess the properties of simple technology, low space requirement, quick start up, simple maintenance&operation, good applicability, high automation, low operation cost, low investment, etc.

1) convenient and efficient to generate nitrogen: Advance technology, special gas flow distributor to make the gas distribute more well-distributed, high efficient use of CMS, qualified nitrogen can be offered within *5 to *0 minutes.

4) Electromechanical integrated design to realize automatic operation: Imported PLC control the full automation, the flow rate, pressure and purity of nitrogen can be regulated and displayed consecutively; No personnel is needed to be on duty.
