It is produced and has been selected as ideal for the production of excellent quality olive oil (Decision of E.U, E.C ***9/*6). It is produced in the private olive presses according to the specifications of the Presidential Decree *1/*3. The selected fine extra virgin olive oil is bottled according to the specifications of the European Union, without chemical processing, and is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle and of the today famous and beneficial Mediterranean Diet. Its unique physiognomy and excellent quality place it among the top of the global production.
