The offshore super-high wear-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) hose is a hose that transports mediums under positive pressure. It can be flatly coiled down and consists of an inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and an outer adhesive layer. The inner and outer adhesive layers are composed of modified PVC materials that are independently researched and developed by our factory Wuzhou Yanyang. Compared with the regular TPU hose, the wear-resistance of this product is 2 to 3 times higher and the service life is prolonged. The super-high wear-resistant TPU hose can be used for offshore transporting of liquids such as oil and water to satisfyvessel-to-vessel refueling, beach-to-vesselrefueling, andother various types ofliquid goods supplying to offshorevessels.

 

As conditions offshore are more difficult, operations offshore are also affected by various situations such as longitudinal rocking, transverse rocking, including heaving, complex, and changed stress, as well as the effects of harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and exposure to sunlight. Under these circumstances, both the tensile resistance and climate adaptability of the equipment are required to be higher than that of the regular TPU hose. The offshore super-high wear-resistant TPU hose not only increases the salt-spray resistance and wear resistance of the hose, but also greatly increases the tensile resistance.

 

Due to its characteristics of being lightweight, high performing, adaptable to different environments, wear-resistant, tensile-resistant, and having a long service life, the offshore super-high wear-resistant TPU hose produced by our factory Wuzhou Yanyang has already been widely used on the ocean:
